A mass inc...Hampton VA. Came to my house on July 18th to fix a leak from my water to my house..took him all day no big deal it was getting fix. Enjoyed talking to him thought he was a nice guy. He left the hole open so I called to ask if he was going to fill it back in and bring me the letter he said he would give me to send to the water company so I wouldn't have to pay that high bill. Two weeks went by and no call no show. I had lost his number so I called home serve my insurance company and they sent him a request to come fill in the hole and bring my letter. He threw the dirt back in the hole..big hump in my yard..I called to ask where the letter was. he said I will be out there by the end of week very rude. The end of the week I called back. Again he was very rude and said I told you by the end of the week. I said it has been a month and he snapped back no it hasn't. And hung up. So I gave him a bad review on Google. I think he is unprofessional. I believe he is a con and his intentions are fueled by greed as opposed to hard wok. LAZY!!! Unorganized. Do not use this company.there was yelling in my home and he is rude to his employees. He was supposed to do a plumbing repair and he turned it in to a construction job. I had to call dpor and our lawyers for direction because he tore my house up knowing my husband is paralyzed and I had a stroke. He preys on people. He dug my yard up Dec 5th he filled it in 2 months later and left the yard a mess.aAlso, they are not approved through the better business bureau. Checks should be made out to a mass inc not a mass Llc!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I had high hopes for this company based off of the reviews, but we were very let down by their service. The technician that came out to do our diagnostic did basically nothing. He didn’t have the tools needed to access our water meter or our crawl space (which only requires a drill). My husband provided him with the tools but instead of using them he had my husband do the work for him. He just took a quick peek around and determined our issue would cost $2,800 without any explanation to how exactly that was the issue. He didn’t rule out any other possibilities either so we are having a different company come out. Complete waste of time and money, very disappointing.
