Genstar Home Comfort

I hate having to write this unfavorable review because up until recently I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Genstar. But the past two days has totally changed my opinion. The first day they rescheduled their initial appointment with me a half hour before they were to arrive. I get it, these things can happen; however, the next day they were a no-show, but this time they didn’t even bother contacting me. I had to follow-up a few times to see if they were in fact coming at all (figure I might as well stick around for a late arrival) but they weren’t even able to confirm that. Customers have to take time out of their busy schedules, as well as miss out on income, to make the appointment work at their end, and Genstar cannot even exhibit the bare minimum of professionalism by letting the customer know they won’t be able to make it.
