Allen and his worker came to my house in a quick amount of time for an emergency plumbing clog. They were quick, pleasant, professional and removed the clog in under an hour. After seeing several recommendations for Allen @ USA Drain Service, I gave him a call to fix our shower diverter and replace the fixtures. He was able to get us on the schedule right away and made knowledgeable recommendations for the right replacement fixtures we would need. He was even able to quote me over the phone after receiving some photos. His technician, Aaron, performed the repair. He was professional, able to articulate exactly what he needed to do and completed the repair in an appropriate amount of time.
