Where to begin? It was a hot, and humid day in Virginia. Of course that’s when the air conditioner stops pumping out cool air. I called 2 other companies and never heard from them but, who responded to my inquiry within minutes of entering my info online? Jason from WestEnd Heating and air. He came promptly and fixed our system within minutes quickly diagnosing a failed capacitor. Did I mention this was on a Saturday at 6:30pm. Less than 3 hours later we are enjoying frosty cold AC.
