Installed new washer drain, hot & cold water connection, dryer connection and sump pump. Hot water throughout house runs cold after a few minutes, vibrating noise when washer runs water and copper pipes replaced with plastic that were not part of install. Has this company out to fix our well, we had been running out of water off and on for about 2 weeks. They came out told us the well has plenty of water but we needed to replace our well pressure tank and pressure switch. Thy quoted us $1430. The cost of the switch is $25 the cost of the tank is $390. The labor was about 1.5hrs that they were on site. Maybe another $30-50 for fittings and a gauge. Still about $900 for labor. Thy leave and 4 hrs later no water. We told them the pressure tank (proflow well pressure tank) was empty. They told us it was supposed to be empty. The first line of the Manual for the tank says this tank is designed for air and water. These guys are clueless. They say they will come out this morning when they tell us the well is not refilling fast enough. Not 24 hours after they said there was plenty of water, and charged a predatory price.
