Bob Corson and his helper came to replace my water heater in my basement. Not only did they show up early, but they explained everything along the way. The were amazing and friendly. Knowledgeable and patient. They had everything they needed and they wrapped up the job well before the estimated time. The water heater is head and shoulders better than the old one, even on its best day! I will keep these guys in mind the nexttime I need their services. Starting a remodel project that required the removal of an outdated oil furnace, water heating system. The team did an excellent job removing the old equipment and left the room clean despite some soot escaping the old furnace. I was also surprised at how fast they were able to remove some very heavy equipment! Looking forward to additional work by Bear Mechanical as the project progresses in the next couple months.

My a/c wasn't working and Bear Mechanical was recommended by a friend so I called and was pleasantly surprised by the politeness of the woman that answered the phone, she was very helpful and had Adam come out the same day! He did a tune up on my unit and we were good to go. Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Will use again when needed. Service: HVAC system maintenance
