We purchased a spec house from RCI and it has been the best decision we have ever made. They spared no expense on the upgrades and we could not be happier. We were paired up with Josh as our project manager and he has gone above and beyond with his services. He introduced himself early in the buying process and at our two week walk through had already gone through the entire house and marked off all the things that needed attention and he did a better job than we ever could of! We built our house a little over a year ago. This was our second home build and we are very happy that we chose RCI for this build. We worked with Brian Peay. He was very good at communicating with us through the entire process. I feel Brian and RCI went above and beyond what they had to do. It felt like they built the home for a family member.
My Fiance and I took a leap of faith and decided to build for our first home. We went with RCI's Becky floor plan and our Project manager Brian Click built us a beautiful home and delivered it to us on time.
