The computer form did not allow me to post the name of our technician from Art Newsome, Inc who came for our one year maintained check up today. Keith L made the house call and did a superb job. He was friendly, courteous, and quite knowledgeable sharing excellent info and helping us understand more about how our heating and AC units work. (We’re very pleased with the Daikin units which we’ve had for a little over a year.) Kudos to Keith for his fine work. He clearly loves what he does and seems to be proud of the company which is understandable. We are very pleased with the services of Newsome from their first visit and presentation through installation, and our first two check up visits.
