It was a pleasure working with Hendrix Heating & Air from the time I called I was pleasantly met with someone that was able to help me quickly get scheduled for an appointment. There was great communication through text messages that let me know who would be showing up and when they would be there. Then, Joe showed up on-time (at the beginning of the service window even) and was able to resolve my capacitor issue quickly. He was fun to chat with and got us back up and running. My AC went out this morning and I didn’t notice until I looked at the thermostat and it said 80 degrees. I called Hendrix expecting an availability of a few days later, but they were able to come out right away. From the time I called to when the problem (bad capacitor) was fixed was less than an hour. Amazing response time and great service, Joe Hendrix himself came out to do the repair. Highly recommend and will use them again should another issue arise. Service: A/C system repair
