I had Norfolk Plumbing out recently to my home for some ongoing plumbing issues, all I Can say is WOW! Everything from the scheduling, to the tech arriving was easy and straightforward. I have used Norfolk plumbing for years. They did a plumbing build out from commercial to residential… excellent. I was slightly hesitant to call them because Jeff Hux sold the business. Our technician Josh was great! He came out late at night to help us in an emergency situation. He communicated well and set expectations so we knew what to expect for appointment timing. The repair required a return visit because the plumbing part needed was old and obscure. Josh handled it the very next day. Very professional through the whole process.
