We had a tankless water heater installed- I love it- we always have hot water. Sean did a great job. He cleaned up when he was finished and he even helped my husband with a non- plumbing issue. They took the time to teach me about my home and tell me their honest recommendations without attempting to upsell me. As always, Norfolk Plumbing has awesome techs working for them. We have used their services for at least 20+ years. I scheduled an appointment with Norfolk Plumbing for two separate issues. Today was the first time Conner provided service at our house. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, punctual, clean and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job.
