I called Jack at PLANET PLUMBING on a Monday after our water heater stopped working on Sunday. He had his guys at our home that day. They did their best to get it to relight, to no avail. Parts had to be ordered from Home Depot under warranty. They were overnighted to me, and when I called Jack, he got his guys back out. Turns out, this model year of GE gas water heater gas water heater has a lockout mechanism that Jack knew about and after the parts were replaced, he made the necessary adjustment to make the unit work again. Kudos to PLANET PLUMBING for their diligence to making this unit work again. We will continue to utilize them, whenever the need arises. Thanks Jack, Rob, and Josh. Service: Water heater repair
