They’ve been out twice previously for plumbing issues for which their technician states and there’s nothing wrong at the time he was here and could not do any repairs under home warranty plan. On third call out was for plumbing issues that caused a flooding in a bathroom and they were not able to respond. Same day. They only had one technician and no one else to send out in my area so I had to go with an outside of net work company American mechanical, they were able to respond same day incorrect problem.

They were an outstanding and very professional. They called me ahead of time to let me know how far out they were. The tech showed up right on time and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and I definitely will be using them again. Thank you Bell Cow

First of all the scheduling receptionist called and scheduled me for a 8 am - 12 pm appointment 8 days after me requesting ac hvac repair service . Then on the appointment date, the technician didn"t arrive until 5:20 pm. 5 hours and 20 mins later after my scheduled time without any apology what so ever. I wasted an entire day of work dealing with this company. Then he states after being 5 hrs late that he couldn't check my ac system due to a storm developing and the rain would ruin his equipment and ask if I could reschedule to a better weather day. I refuse to reschedule another appointment date due to not being given a apology for being over 5 hours late for this appointment, so he waited in his vehicle until the rain slacked up and then performed a quick 5 or 10 minute inspection of my ac unit and diagnosed that I needed a new evaporator coil and a complete refill of freon. He said that my unit was completely empty. A $3,700 out of my pocket repair cost plus whatever the home warra
