First of all the scheduling receptionist called and scheduled me for a 8 am - 12 pm appointment 8 days after me requesting ac hvac repair service . Then on the appointment date, the technician didn"t arrive until 5:20 pm. 5 hours and 20 mins later after my scheduled time without any apology what so ever. I wasted an entire day of work dealing with this company. Then he states after being 5 hrs late that he couldn't check my ac system due to a storm developing and the rain would ruin his equipment and ask if I could reschedule to a better weather day. I refuse to reschedule another appointment date due to not being given a apology for being over 5 hours late for this appointment, so he waited in his vehicle until the rain slacked up and then performed a quick 5 or 10 minute inspection of my ac unit and diagnosed that I needed a new evaporator coil and a complete refill of freon. Heat went down Christmas eve during a very cold snap in my area. Although they couldn't get there for a few days due to the holiday, the first business day they made us the first priority. The other companies couldn't make it there for at least a week, in below zero temperatures. All because the smart thermostat was improperly install by the security company. This company was contracted out by Terminix because we have roof rats. Bell Cow came out to seal up outdoor areas where rats could potentially get in the house. During the installation of the cheesy (no pun intended) "exclusion devices" they broke two corners of siding on our house. These exclusion devices didn't even cover the gaps completely, leaving plenty of room for a rat to squeeze in. The employees were kind, but apparently lazy. *Update: I was contacted by Jamie from Bell Cow not long after leaving the review above. Jamie promptly scheduled an inspection by one of their quality control associates, Ryan. Ryan completed the inspection within 24 hours of mine & Jamie's conversation. Ryan assured me that his team would be out on another day to repair the two damaged corners with matching-color corner caps. I was then contacted by another Bell Cow associate, Christine, within an hour of Ryan's inspection. Christine scheduled repairs the following Tuesday. I have not worked with Bel
