On 6/5 my home warranty assigned me to Ace. On 6/6 I called and attempted to schedule an appointment. Catherine informed me that they didn’t have anything available until next week! Due to not having any power in a room in my home, Catherine made a few calls to see if anyone could come to my Home that day. Jake came out within a few hours and found the issue within 20 min. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Service: Electrical wiring repair
I called and spoke with Catherine. She put me in touch with Jake. He sent two guys out the very same day and they started the job and finished it the next day. Very friendly all the way around. Pricing very reasonable but the most important thing is that they RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY when no one else would. ???????? Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation
