The dispatcher schedule my repair - and then arranged for an even earlier time which I appreciated. She called, as promised, to let me know that the technician was on his way 30 minutes before he arrived. John was very professional; quick to assess the situation. He had the part on the truck to make the reapir and had the system working within a few minutes. He didn't try to upcharge or do extra work. The price was more than fair and I felt confident that we were getting a good value for our money. Our home has multiple system. This is the second time we have used them. Highly recommend. Air Pro Mechanical is the BEST!! Year after year they have provided great service on a maintenance and as needed basis. Over the weekend I noticed our upstairs AC was not cooling as efficiently as usual. I called Air Pro this morning early… they called back quickly, sent someone to check everything out… problem was found and fixed quickly. The support staff are always very nice and helpful.
