I used both HVAC and plumbing services. Both technicians arrived on time (one was even early). Both were professional and helpful in their responses to my questions. As always the young men that work till my house putting in the dehumidifier and the plastic underneath the house were well informed polite very courteous very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with I worked with Hunter cash and and the young man with him I did not get his name but they are they were fabulous Service: Heating system repair

The plumbing technician assigned to my service request was very unprofessional, nearly unintelligible, and refused to give me any information about pricing or fees until he'd been dispatched, which would cost $109, at which point, according to him, would then allow him to access prices for various services, and stated that I would be billed for his time, which seems fair, but could not tell me what rate would be charged, stated that "using tools or equipment" would be additional fees, but could not, or would not, tell me what those fees would be, and stated that he would also charge "if I have to go get anything else to use," implying that he would arrive without the means to clear a clogged drain, and would then charge extra to go get the missing supplies. It also seemed like he doesn't understand the basic concept of an hourly rate, claiming "I can't tell you how much it will cost because I don't know how long it will take."
