We have been using DSCR at work for about 4 years for repairs and quarterly maintenance on our 16 rooftop units. If we have an issue, they are usually able to come out the same day. Most work is scheduled with the same tech, who is familiar with our equipment and it's history, and whose opinion I've come to really trust.

They quoted $900+ to refill refrigerant on a small fridge. I thought it was outrageous. So, I called another company - Richmond refrigeration and they repaired it for $300. Dominion sent us a bill for $285 for diagnosis. They listed 2 hours labor. Their technician was at our location for 1 hour max. Out of which he was outside on the phone chatting about who knows what for a good half hour.

Got a call from my renters at 9 am saying the AC in the house wasn't working. Put in a call to DSCR shortly after and by 10:30 am they had someone on the way. I was grateful how quickly they responded because temps were going to be in the 90's that day. The tech was very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained to me what was going on. Thankfully it wasn't a major issue and he had it fixed quickly. No pressure to fix or replace anything above and beyond the problem. He was in and out within 45 minutes and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again.
