Eagle Roofing and Wall Systems

My boyfriend and I were looking for new fascia, soffits, shingle repair and new gutters for a large portion of our fixer-upper house. We had Eagle Roofing and 3 other companies come out to give us quotes. Not only did Eagle Roofing give us the cheapest quote by nearly 50% less (still with quality material), they also started work the very same week and finished within 2 days. It really was a pleasure having Carlos and his team work on our house. Additionally, their sales rep, Norma, was hands on and extremely personable. I would definitely recommend them. Difficult to contact. Unresponsive. No show at designated appointment time. Possibly a scam outfit. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

I have a semi-urgent matter I need done for my roof. I chose these guys because they were able to schedule me earlier than anyone else and the price was comparable to other companies. The original scheduled time ended up being pushed back two days, annoying, but minor. Then, the scheduled time came and went with no show and no communication. Two hours later I reached out to them - I was told that now they did not know when they'd get to my roof. They accepted a job and lied about the quick turnaround without knowing if/when it would actually be completed. In the mean time my problem is getting worse and now I'm set back even longer because I'm not on the schedule anywhere else. Very questionable business practice. This delay may end up costing me thousands instead of the hundreds this job would've cost.
