I cannot say enough good things about Excelsior, specifically Elizabeth, Gary and Eric. We have had an ongoing issue that they worked through with us and continued to follow up to make sure that our system is working as it should. They are flexible and professional and provide quality service. I am so glad someone recommended them to us a few years ago!
Part of our unit froze on Christmas Eve causing heat to stop working. We couldn’t get in touch with any companies that were open until a neighbor referred us to Jesse. I texted him and within 30 seconds I had a response and we were on his list for a visit the same day. Jesse arrived at our house at 830pm on Christmas Eve, crawled under our house in freezing weather, fixed the issue and had our heat back on in no time all for an insanely reasonable price. We will certainly be calling Jesse and Excelsior for everything in the future! Service: HVAC system repair
