Craig showed up on time for the initial consultation, he was thorough, listened to our what he had envisioned, had a rough estimate before he left. within a few hours had a hard copy estimate that was itemized. the hard copy was within a about $20 of the rough estimate. Install day Craig and his apprentice showed up on time, completed the work early, no mess was left, overall a great electrician with years of experience, very professional, and I cannot recommend him enough. If I was an apprentice he is the one I would want to learn from. Craig was great. He and his office were very responsive in making the appointment. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, and made the required repairs. His charges were reasonable. Genesis has been our electrician for nearly a decade. I called yesterday, after hours, and had a return call directly from Craig within 5 minutes. Not that he can pull that off all the time, but this is business as usual for his group.
