ODM is servicing many of our properties and they are competent, reliable, responsive and professional.

I'm a maint tech for Skipwith Academy. Old Dominion handles our hvac needs. I had a really weird hvac problem so I called Old Dominion. Their tech, Erik, was there on time and didn't leave until we had a clear resolution to our problem, which turned out to be a power company issue. Erik walked me through the steps to correctly restart the ac, and yes there is a procedure for this.. Totally satisfied. ????????????
