RVA Plumbing showed up at my home and told me it would take about an hour to replace my toilet. It actually took them less than an hour. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional and removed the old toilet for me. I hope I never need to replace a toilet again but if I do or if I have any other plumbing issues, I will not hesitate to call RVA Plumbing. Service: Toilet installation
I had a good experience. From initial call, they were very responsive and helpful... listening to my concern regarding my toilet and addressing my questions on cost and next steps. They were extremely communicative... scheduling for next day service, confirming appointment, calling 30 minutes before arrival, confirming payment, etc. The plumber was knowledgeable and immediately knew what to address, and it was fixed with ease.
Great communication when arranging appointment. Upfront about pricing. Showed up when they said they would. Did a great job installing my new faucet and then cleaned up after themselves. Overall extremely pleased ????
