We purchased a home from a 92 year old lady that had documentation for a flat roof and front porch flat roof redone in 2017 by RW Harper to the tune of $5500. She was quoted for replacing damaged plywood, put down 1" ISO insulation and a full TPO roof. Fast forward to 2020, we are having a contractor redo our fascia boards and inform us that our front porch is rotted out, has multiple issues with water draining under the TPO roof and needed to be completely redone, including the valleys of the shingle roof flowing in. The plywood was not replaced, there was no insulation installed and I was told the total materials cost would be in the $100-200 range. This company clearly took advantage of an elderly lady by providing a cosmetic fix that exacerbated water damage to the structure and charged her full amount. Our roof was still under a workmanship warranty for two years, but I am no longer interested in having any work done by RW Harper as they do not act in the best interest of the
