I had my grand mother (In Hopewell) call Harper because of a roof leak. She said the worker was very polite and explained to her what the issue was with her roof. They came back promptly for the repair and she has not had a leak since. THANK YOU!!! She went to the office to pay in person and the secretary even gave her a discount on her repair. She explained that the service took less time than originally quoted and made an adjustment on her bill. Harper is very honest and i would reccomend them to anyone. We had a leak in our roof and we could not get it fixed. A good friend recommended we call RW Harper. We made an appointment for 11:30 am today and TJ Evans showed up on time and was actually a few minutes early.
