I requested they contact me before coming unto my property, they did not. We have an engineered septic system which has worked optimally, and somehow they said there was suddenly a 'problem'. We don't know the person who inspected the septic, but we don't trust the company's assessment, especially after how rude they were . I asked for a manager, and an explanation. I had very specifically asked they not enter the property, but they disregarded me. i also asked them why they had tampered with our engineered septic system control box without our knowledge or permission . They were simply rude and said by contacting them i gave automatic permission, which i did not. I wish we could say they were polite or professional in their response, but they were horrible! Very rude, and indifferent to the damages suddenly in my system.! Not trustworthy!!!

I am horrified at how rude and disrespectful these folks are. They were scheduled to come to my home to empty my septic tank. They came, the guy couldn't find the tank. He said that since we were renters, he wasn't sure that we would pay him, and after walking around my yard aimlessly he left without a word. When I called to get them to come back, the receptionist was so rude it was shocking and said they canceled the call because they weren't gonna spend time looking for the tank. What incompetent people. Shame on you, for not being able and willing to do your job. Please save yourself the frustration and go with anyone and I mean anyone else.

I've used Stamie Lyttle a few times since I bought my home a few years ago. Today I called the office at noon because my septic alarm was blaring. By 4pm a busted pipe was fixed. Always great service and friendly people. And the price is reasonable, too.
