Professional, courteous, informative, and skilled. Had a great experience with Joe Ellis who came out to inspect frozen pipes/plumbing associated with an outdoor electric water heater. Joe diagnosed the issue and suggested a quick fix. He provided prompt service and also suggested preventative care so we wouldn't have the same issue again.
