I cannot speak highly enough of this service. I had recently moved into a new home and on day 2 the sewer backed up into the house. The Plumbing Officials came out that night and diagnoses the problem. I had to have a complete service like replaced that they scheduled promptly and completed that week. Honestly 5 stars is an understatement. These guys came out to check on a leak for me within two hours of calling them ON A SATURDAY, then fixed it for an exceptionally great price within another hour or so of them being here. So that's just the company being rad, the technician was on a whole different level. So incredibly friendly and professional- I asked a ton of questions which he happily answered while giving me context on what he was doing, materials he was using and how he was fixing it. At the end he showed me where my water shutoff valve was and gave me some pointers on how to tell if a leak is happening and what to do if something like a pipe were to burst.
