Virginia Climate was very responsive to our predicament - no heat during a cold spell. The owner responded quickly and the technician showed up when scheduled. Our technician, Paul C, was great. I interviewed nine companies when looking for a company to install a new HVAC system in my home. Tevin from the Virginia Climate team came out, went through my home and provided me with a quote. They were not the cheapest but my experience left me feeling good about using his team. The Virginia Climate installation team was great to work with. We installed a new Dual Fuel HVAC system. Once completed there were some punch list items to be cleaned up. They came out quickly and took care of our open items. In addition they found things that were not to their standards and they fixed those as well. I would use the Virginia Climate team again in a heart beat. Service: Heating system installation
