Have used these guys multiple times and they always deliver. Pricing extremely fair and techs are always thorough, professional, and polite. Great company.
They used to be great. I called them recently and got shoved off to call some guy who finally answered the phone that sounded like he was hung over. He said well I can get out there in a couple of weeks. I needed to have someone here very quicly so I called southerntrust and they had someone here the next day. And they fixed the problem shortly.
Our heater had stopped working during the middle of a cold spell. We called Cundiff and they were quick to respond, schedule and come out to evaluate the problem. The service technician worked hard to get our older heater up and running. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that was being done to repair our heater.
