Very good and professional
I've had them come out several times to fix various things (AC, Heat Pump, Furnace & Mini-Split). They've always done a great job. The service guys are on time and very polite. They are good at listening to my description of the problem and focusing on the root of the problem. I've had great conversations with the guys that have come and they've given me great tips for maintaining my system. Their prices are very reasonable. Every time I've gotten a bill it was for less than I was expecting. Payment is very easy online as well, which I really like.
My experience with Cundiff was great from the initial contact to the final installation and completion of a new heating and air system, which was completed ahead of schedule. David Cundiff went out of his way to ensure we were happy with our new Carrier system.
