As a former employee I can only speak to the people that I worked for and with personally. It really is aweful because I don’t think this is such a terrible company, or I do t think they try to be. Yet, they allow certain employees to absolutely dictate the atmosphere of a jobsite. In a completely negative matter, are fully aware (I know this because I personally communicated it) and do nothing to change said atmosphere. It becomes toxic. Who would want to continue in that? Absolutely dissapointing though, if you didn’t have the right last name or weren’t on one of the foreman’s favorites lists you were not going to enjoy working for this company. Let alone build a career. From co workers stalking my social media to having to take blame/consequences for other workers mistakes. On two occasions a foreman flat out spread rumors/ slandered me in regards to covid-19. On top of all of that, the foreman(s) like to use the threat of layoffs constantly. Was an absolutely regrettable experience

I went on a mission to get bird houses. My husband drove me because it's almost an hours drive from our house. He waited in the car. Well he got bored and hot and came in. He found me checking out with over $90 worth of items. Yes I got my bird houses 30 of them. He just shook his head grabbed some bags and we headed home. I love dollar trees craft section. Christiansburg store has the best employees. I bypassed 2 Dollars stores to shop at this one.
