I recently had the contractor replace a hot water boiler as they were highly recommended by a local supplier. They did an amazing job not to mention at a very reasonable value. Called to get an estimate to get gas logs installed. They did come out and the guy took measurements and got the information he needed. He said they would call with the estimate. A week passed and no one called, so I called them. The man who answered the phone took my information and said he would call right back to let me know why they had not called. Guess what - he never called back. Terrible company. If you don't want to do the job just say so.
