I called Marco and told him I needed an outside faucet replaced. He gave me a price and he scheduled a time. He arrived on time, replace the faucet, gave me a very fair price. If you have plumbing needs stay away from the big boys and call Marco. He’s not about getting as much money as he can, he’s about doing a good job. We had an electric water heater go out and we started inquiring on replacement. We had an idea on which water heater to get, but not a clue how to install or if it was the correct one since the one we had was 20 years old (computer chip issue in the temp regulator like we has suspected). Our landlord had used this business before so he gave Marcus my number so we could set up an appointment. He called almost immediately after I talked with my landlord around 6pm the night before and estimated a time after 10am-2pm the next day because he already had another job at 10am. Just before 11am saying he would be on the way. Marcus stopped by to check out our bad heater, went to Lowe's to buy a new one and set it up in about 3 hours time. I for one did not want to watch several videos on how-to, so I'm very glad we were able have him hired and get the job done right and efficiently! My toilet and floor underneath looks OK. I like how Marco will discuss a price over the phone. Another thing I liked about Marco’s business is that he didn’t charge me a “diagnostic fee” which all the well known companies were going to charge me just to look at my toilet and floor. He came over and noticed a potential problem with my floor prior to putting in the toilet, and seemingly fixed the problem. Even another thing I like about Marco is his willingness to come over to my home in a relatively short period of time. His price was reasonable as well which I appreciated.
