Installer called to let us know he was on his way with an ETA. They arrived and commenced working immediately and on time. Chris and Darin shared with me the progress being made on an ongoing basis. They wore uniforms that were clean an neat upon arrival. They were constantly trying to keep our house and grounds clean and neat. Note: Clean and neat while cutting drywall and drilling concrete. Each made sure the rooms they worked in were left the way they were found. They worked uninterrupted until the job was done. Note: Chris W., Julian and Darin S. did a complete furnace and AC unit swap in one day.

Scott did a fantastic job taking care of my electrical needs. He was very professional and explained everything in detail so I could understand exactly what was completed and any potential needs I may have related to additional work being completed on my home. Ostrom installed a heat pump on our second floor. The whole team that arrived completed the job professionally and thoroughly. They were also very respectful of my home and cleaned up very nicely when done. Chris showed me photos of the unit in the attic. They took care to show me that everything was carefully sealed and level. They even found a safety issue and resolved it. I am very happy with their service and definitely recommend them. I will have them replace my first floor AC next.
