Ostrom Electrical Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Our hot water went out suddenly without warning and we had a previous contractor fall through with the repair. So I reached out to Ostrom for what we originally figured was a water heater issue. We had a couple of technicians come out and they were quickly able to spot the issue and provide a solution. They were even able to send two technicians in one day after we realized it wasn't a water heater issue. The following day we had the repairs done, it looks great and they made the process simple and educational. I will forever be grateful for the fantastic service we received! Ostrom installed a heat pump on our second floor. The whole team that arrived completed the job professionally and thoroughly. They were also very respectful of my home and cleaned up very nicely when done. Chris showed me photos of the unit in the attic. They took care to show me that everything was carefully sealed and level. They even found a safety issue and resolved it. I am very happy with their service and definitely recommend them. I will have them replace my first floor AC next.
