Excellent service installing a new dishwasher that was very troublesome. Chase and Jon handled the reinstall professionally. Right away they discovered the problem, unknown to us, that the flooring and cabinet space presented special challenges for a proper fit. They resolved these issues and did a fantastic job. This was a big job to replace a 20 year old water heater with a new 80-gallon Rheem hybrid that stands almost 6.5 feet tall. James Bassett and Justin Chenault removed the old heater without mess and plumbed/wired in this new giant, complete with condensate line. They took the time to show me how to connect via WiFi and operate/monitor the new rig. They also took the time to discuss other plumbing concerns/questions I had. They cleaned up after themselves and left me no mess. Great guys. I will definelty have them back out on my next plumbing projects. Service: Water heater installation

I got in contact with Townside through Home Depot to install a new electric hybrid water heater. They were able to come out the next day with the water heater. They removed and disposed of our giant ancient 120 gallon tank, which took three men to move and load into the truck! ???? The techs cleaned up after themselves, were professional, and polite. I appreciate their service and would call them again.
