I first want to apologize and ask forgiveness for the poor review I posted in the past. I have recently discovered that the installer is not representative of Mr Garrett’s company as a whole. At the time of the install I was not happy with what we paid for however after a lengthy conversation with Bob and the fact that the Generator works perfectly, I am thankful to say I would certainly recommend Bob Garrett Services to install a Generator. Mr Garrett is true to his word and has remedied any doubt I have had. I feel fully confident that he will do what he says and we as customers are a priority. As we speak Mr Garrett is performing service on our Generator and we will continue forward with his company, hopefully for years to come. Thanks Bob and staff!

I recently had a 16kw Generac generator installed at my house by Bob Garrett services. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. I received quotes from three other local companies. They may have worked out but after meeting with Bob and going over my needs I felt best going with him. Bob is friendly, fair, and honest. He sold me exactly what I needed, nothing more. Everyone at the company from Bob on down was a pleasure to work with. All very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They did a phenomenal job on the install. It’s great to have the peace of mind a backup generator brings and a reliable company to back it up. When needed, I will go back to Bob Garrett Services.

They came in to replace our air filter on our generator a few weeks ago. The service agent never knocked on our door to notify he was there. He replaced the battery (we never asked for that) and the air filter. Trouble is, if he had talked to us he would’ve learned we had already replaced the battery a few weeks prior. The worker took our much higher quality battery and replaced it with a cheaper battery. Once we got the bill, we learned this and contacted the company. They said they would call us back regarding the matter, they never did. They expect us to pay a bill for a service we did not need and for stealing a high quality brand new generator battery. Give us a call back and return our new battery. Update: They finally called us two days later, only after I placed the review. It turns out they saw our new battery, and decided to charge us for it. They never replaced it, but attempted to charge us for our existing new battery instead of just communicating with us. The customer ser
