I couldn't be happier with the work Chapman did. He power washed the whole house including walkways, deck, & patio and it looks better than the day we bought the house. Al and his team did an excellent job on installing the new roof. However I am disappointed with Al's response to issues that need to be addressed and corrected once he got paid. The glutters were not pitch correctly and they leaked. We attempted several times to get Al to come back fix the problems. We ended up going back to the manufacturer to get the problem fixed. Al should have taken another day to finish up the job and clean up, but he was in a hurry to finish job.. For these reasons I can't give him an excellent rating.
