Town and Country Renovations

I called in and spoke to the representative on the phone who told me that a salesman would come to my house within 48 hours to do an estimate. I called back several times over 2 weeks because no one ever came out. Finally 3 weeks after the call someone came over. Emailed me a couple of pictures of my house with the following response... "I have gone over the pictures of your project with my installation department and they don't recommend us quoting this project due to the overwhelming amount of siding projects currently on our books I am sorry we can not help you with this project and thank you for the opportunity to earn your business. B***** Town and Country Renovations " They pushed me off for 3 weeks to respond to me that they would not make enough money off of my project and it was not worth their time. I explained to the rep on the phone in detail what repairs I needed done to my house. She could have told me right then that it was not worth their time instead of pushing me

The people are great to work with and very attentive! The work was completed ahead of schedule. I have hired them to do another project based on their previous work for me. Highly recommend! Service: Remodeling

I bought exterior doors from Steve Miles at town and country after we met at the Salem Civic Center Home show The company did what i asked and were good their word.
