Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling is the very best HVAC company in Hampton Roads, VA. The company is a family-owned, small business with a personal touch and big company professionalism. We have used Atlantic Shores for over 15 years to support our heating and cooling needs. They installed the two-zone complex system in our 3,900 sq foot home, and we could not be more pleased. The duct work is impeccable; such care was taken with the install. Any service requests we've ever had have been met with same-day or next-day punctuality. Their attention to detail is tireless, and every employee we've every encountered was amazing! The people at Atlantic Shores really care about the clients they serve and the community in which they live. Excellent customer service! We needed to replace AC. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't mind teaching us throughout the process. They provided multiple proposals for us to consider. Installers were on time, hard working and efficient. Done in one day as described. So much more comfortable now :) Highly recommend.
