10/10!! I would totally recommend! They were right on time and super quick to complete the job. The guy who came was super nice! We plan to have them come back for further business. Thanks so much! I wanted to add another review - our AC stopped wanting to keep up last night. So I called them to see if they could do a last minute service call. They instantly called me back and said they’d be there in 30 minutes. Incredible company.

Came home on Friday night on what was the hottest day of the year to find our AC was not running. After trying to troubleshoot myself for a few minutes, I called and left a message at 10:30 PM. My call was returned in about 5 minutes. After describing the problem to the technician, Josh, he asked if he could come out that night. He was at my house within 30 minutes and quickly narrowed down the issue. We were up and running by 11:30 and starting to cool down. I am completely amazed at the response and helpfulness. We had another amazing service visit from Michael! We are always so grateful for the team at Tidewater Pro Air for keeping up with our maintenance schedule and reaching out to coordinate our appointments. They never forget to keep me updated on when our services are due. Brandon called me to remind me of our upcoming maintenance needs and set us up with an appointment and Michael arrived on time and answered all of our questions. He showed us pictures of our unit outside and helped troubleshoot an issue with our filter size (old home problems). Just knowing we have a team that cares means the world to us! Prompt, thorough and honest. What more could you ask for?!
