Mason Company Roofing

I called this company a few months back and they sent their estimator out promptly to get an estimate of repairs and we signed a contract. Mark (estimator and owners son) had a contract that he asked us to sign for the proposed cost and before he left he told me they would repair our gutters in two weeks or less. Three weeks, then four, and more went by…crickets. I called the owner and he stated an employee was stealing from him and was fired (the one he says would do the work), and so he had to find another guy but stated “Sheldon” would be out to fix the gutters for us and could do it the next day. No one showed up ever. I called back two weeks later and was told to call Mark and schedule again. Mark stated AGAIN that it would be the following week and he’d be out to fix it himself. No show. I called this company five times and spoke to the owner 3 times who pushed me off in Mark his son, who always had an excuse for not doing the work. Now, we have damage to our ceiling in a bedroom

Did a quick reasonable gutter quote for me a while back, just now fixed my siding that blew off, free of charge (couple of pieces), and got a very competitive roof quote too! Thanks again, will be in touch!

We had some bad wind that blew our ridge cap off. The guys that originally did our roof aren’t around anymore. One of my friends recommended Mr. Mason. He was out the next morning and had it fixed .
