Company selected by my Home Warranty. Initially inspected bad A/C unit and recommended replacement. Waited for repair/parts to come in an excessively long time because they ordered the wrong parts. Day of installation, technician begins to disconnect the WRONG unit, starts to disconnect high/low pressure lines. Only stopped because I came outside and informed technician that he was working on the incorrect unit. He connects everything and informs me not to worry it’s all good. Not having a warm and fuzzy about what happened I called the company back to ask if they can come out and do a check for me, a simple pressure check to show me that the refrigerant level/pressure was still good. On my initial call the company’s operator informed me a technician would come out in two days and do a check… Two days later I take time off work to meet the technician. Technician doesn’t show…No call ahead of time from company saying no one is coming… I called the company and they told me “ Oh yeah we

Our property managers had to hire this company per the home warranty. They came out 3-4x trying to fix the AC that was broke and kept saying it was this and that, it needs a new system, and the visits plus new parts costed the owners 2K. After they “fixed it” this last time it immediately stopped working again an hour or two after they left and claiming it was good and wouldn’t stop again. Finally my property manager was able to hire someone else and he immediately found the issue. All it was was a clogged pipe. How do these “professionals” not even think to check that? The new guy cleaned it out and our AC immediately started working correctly. I do NOT recommend this company if your having AC issues.
