Climatemakers of VA

I have been using Climatemakers for years and they have always been responsive, thorough and provide very good quality work! Gary Gappy was the tech that visited us last time. We thought we were smelling gas from our heating furnace and after doing a very thorough inspection he advised that we were just smelling some gas released from the old valve upon ignition. While he was out here he also conducted our winter maintenance which was due. All of this was just before Christmas and with very short notice. Garry was phenomenal; professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I called due to air leaking from ducts into my attic and was connected to him over the phone immediately. He was able to talk me through the problem over the phone before coming out the next day. Upon arrival, he walked me through the issue and gave me a full assessment, helping me to understand my options for professional repair/replacement work and what work I might be able to get done myself. We could not be more pleased with Climate Makers! From our initial call to completion of our project, they were very friendly, efficient, and did a wonderful job with our repair! Vincent and Dave were very knowledgeable, easy to work with and ensured everything was completed in a timely manner & done well.
