Garry was by far the best service technician we have ever experienced during our 20 years as homeowners. Garry was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and spoke to my husband and I on a level that we could comprehend on a subject we know little of. I would highly recommend Garry for his professional services. I have been using Climatemakers for years and they have always been responsive, thorough and provide very good quality work! Gary Gappy was the tech that visited us last time. We thought we were smelling gas from our heating furnace and after doing a very thorough inspection he advised that we were just smelling some gas released from the old valve upon ignition. While he was out here he also conducted our winter maintenance which was due. All of this was just before Christmas and with very short notice.
