I called first thing this morning and spoke with Don. He was extremely professional and said he would be out by early afternoon. He called back a few hours later and was able to come much earlier than expected!! Once they arrived, Kendell and Don got straight to work. As they were working multiple other problems kept popping up, but they tackled everything quickly and efficiently!! The pricing seemed fair and both men were extremely helpful and kind. I contacted Don's Plumbing to replace an old direct vent gas water heater. Don and his partner came out on schedule and got the job done in a timely fashion, which included picking up a new water heater that I personally selected at Home Depot and disposing of the old unit. They always responded quickly whenever I texted or called, had good honest communication, were very professional, and kept the worksite clean. The best part was his price was over $2K less than another company's quote and I doubt that other company could've done a better job!!
