Fair Mechanical

We hired Fair mechanical to completely replace all of our HVAC equipment as well as replace all the ductwork in our house several years ago. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of the process then. Today we had a problem with the air conditioning, Fair mechanical, came out the same and day got us back up and running. I highly recommend Fair mechanical. They are extremely professional. They take great pride in what they do and they are very skilled at the work they do. I couldn't ask for a more professional and positive experience in replacing my home HVAC system which was quite old. When it was determined that we needed to replace rather than repair, we contacted Fair because they've done a great job for us in the past in servicing the old unit. Danny Fair gave us detailed quotes and offered several options from which to choose. He was very responsive to any questions and explained everything thoroughly to us. They were quick to get our new unit in, and on install day, a large and efficient crew came. Everybody on the job obviously knew exactly what they were doing, and the did an excellent, clean install. As for the actual unit, the York system is performing extremely well during this hot weather, and I still can't believe how incredibly quiet the outside unit is. Well done job from start to finish!

Fair Mechanical was recommended to me through a neighborhood Facebook page and I was very pleased with the responsiveness, communication and professionalism. We ended up having to replace our entire HVAC system, which I knew might be the case given the age of the system, but they offered various solutions to try to save us on the cost and explained to us the pros and cons of the various options.
