Gildersleeve Geothermal, Heating & Cooling and Well Drilling

GIldersleeve replaced my old second story HVAC system with an efficient Bosch heat pump system. The price was competitive - but the quality was superb. We are extremely satisfied with the new system, and particularly the installation team - led by Micah, Shawn and Zach - they were very professional, clean and thorough with every aspect of the job. They provided two temporary window air conditioners for the three day job. Every step of removal and installing new was explained and done with the highest level of quality.

Exceptional service! We bought a home with a geothermal system about 6 months ago and on the hottest day so far this year (a Sunday), our AC stopped working. We called Gildersleeve and within an hour, Dustin showed up and saved the day. He explained our system to us and walked us through everything he was doing to troubleshoot the issue. Fixed our AC in just a few hours and left us with more knowledge about our system and how to properly maintain it. Jake and Davin did an great job drilling the six holes in my yard for the Geothermal units. Despite the 100 degree weather and rain storms, they worked through it to make sure everything stayed on schedule. Micah, Shawn, and Zach did an outstanding job putting in two Geothermal units for my home. Additionally, they noticed that my 27 year old duct work had numerous holes from mice chewing through it. Had they not noticed that, the new system would not be efficient and I would have had moisture problems in my crawlspace. I cannot explain how grateful I am and how impressed I am with their outstanding customer service, attention to detail and their exceptional work ethic.
