Brian came out within less than an hour of me calling. Right off the bat he was kind. I explained what was happening and he went right under the sink to look. He presented me with a reasonable offer for the job. He had to snake our kitchen sink as it was clogged and backed up on both sides. He got the clog out and spent a decent amount of time testing to make sure there wasn’t water backing up again. He then replaced a part of piping that wasn’t correct. He cleaned up everything. He was even kind to my 4 year old daughter. Super friendly and personable. Would hire this company again and would hope Brian would be the plumber to come out. Great service! I had the pleasure of working with Christian Adams during my initial consultation. He was thorough, professional, and super friendly. Mr. Rooter was able to schedule an appointment for a new shower replacement/nstall in less than a week. Brandon and Matthew came and performed an amazing job on the replacement/install. I was kept in the loop and provided an update throughout the project. Both were professional and easy to talk to. Busted pipe under our driveway - we called Mr. Rooter and within a couple of hours Aron came out. He is knowledgeable, personable, and reliable. We were provided an instant quote and were able to be on the schedule for repair next day.
