I had the pleasure of working with Christian Adams during my initial consultation. He was thorough, professional, and super friendly. Mr. Rooter was able to schedule an appointment for a new shower replacement/nstall in less than a week. Brandon and Matthew came and performed an amazing job on the replacement/install. I was kept in the loop and provided an update throughout the project. Both were professional and easy to talk to. I am beyond happy with the work, time, and dedication that these three put into my project. Thank you for making this experience so much easier.

All customer service representatives I spoke to via text and over the phone were helpful, friendly, and very responsive. I was able to receive both a quote and service for relocating washing machine hookups the day after requested. Both instances I was assisted by Zane Albrecht who was respectful, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable to have a stranger in my home. He worked quickly but the end result was of the highest quality. I will definitely be using Mr. Rooter in the future for any plumbing needs!

Sam and Travis arrived on time and very quickly began work on my previously assessed plumbing issues. They completed it in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
