MTS Refrigeration

This was my second time using MTS and I was again extremely pleased! We called Tom in the late afternoon as our downstairs AC unit went out and he had someone at the house the very next morning. I called Tom after the service call as I was not home when Daniel assessed the situation. Tom provided two options, called me back within 10 minutes with the quotes and had the outside AC unit replaced the next day (at a very reasonable price I might add). At MTS everyone is professional, courteous and extremely efficient. Brian and Mike have worked on my house for years. They repaired my old unit and even worked late into the night so my family and I would have heat one time. Then when we decided it was time for a new unit, there was no other company I would use except My Three Sons. They went over all of the options with me and I was confident in my purchase. They listen to the customer, take time to go over all of the options and follow up on their service. I recommend them with the utmost confidence to friends and everyone has thanked me for introducing them to such a respectable and honest company.
