Have been dealing with water dripping down the chimney every time it rained for a few months, And finally decided that it was enough when the ceiling started to discolour around the chimney area. Called Matt and his team and they were able to come take a look Relatively quickly. They replaced the chimney cap as well as did an inspection which found more damage that they were able to fix for a reasonable price. Everyone that I worked with from this company exceeded my expectation in professionalism and courtesy! Cannot recommend highly enough! Had a great experience with Premier. Matthew was the technician that came to sweep and inspect the chimney. He was on time and very courteous. His team was very professional. The appointment was completed well within the time frame they gave me. Before leaving, Matthew explained everything that was found during the inspection and answered all my questions. When it's time for our next inspection or if any issues come up before that, I will definitely be calling Premier!
