Premier Chimney and Roofing

I'm surprised at all of the positive reviews based on my experience. Over a month ago I had someone out to look at my chimney to give me an estimate for repairs. He said he got the pictures he needed and it would be a few days. Three weeks later I called and left a message with all of my information and that I never got an estimate. No one called me back. A week and a half after that I called again and talked to someone. She said she would have it resolved for me in a few hours. I still got nothing and no phone call back about it either. I need to get this fixed and these are the people recommended to me or I wouldn't have wasted so much time on them. If they didn't want the job I wish they would have just told me. If that's not the case I don't understand what the problem is.

Had water leaking into our chimney and down to the fireplace. Matt and Jon came out and spent a good half day installing a new cap and crown and repointing the mortar on the shoulder. About a month later during a week of constant rain we had a few more drips making it in. The guys came out again and spent a good portion of the day investigating and performing a thorough water test. They made adjustments needed by eating the cost and installing a chimney cap/damper combo. These guys seem to be ready to do whatever it takes to get the job done right and customer satisfied. Had a great experience with Premier. Matthew was the technician that came to sweep and inspect the chimney. He was on time and very courteous. His team was very professional. The appointment was completed well within the time frame they gave me. Before leaving, Matthew explained everything that was found during the inspection and answered all my questions. When it's time for our next inspection or if any issues come up before that, I will definitely be calling Premier!
