My 2800’ sq. home is located in Ocean Park surrounded by tall pines and a stones throw (okay several throws) from the Chesapeake Bay. The house was built in 1981 and most of the roof and skylights (5 of them) were original to the build. This past July one of the skylights above the living room started leaking around its curb. I attempted my own repair which failed, and I also took notice of the wear on the shingles especially underneath were pine needles have accumulated. I did some online research for roofers and selected Reitzel based on their reputation. The work performed exceeded expectations - primarily out of speed, secondarily out of quality. Speed being key as a leaky roof will only lead to water damage and making a repair more costly. I was expecting months for materials to come available, instead, the were ready to go after 2 weeks from contract. The estimated 3-5 days to complete. It took a day and half. I was told the roofing crew was a cohesive and skilled group of men.
