Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Same day tech came out to my home to provide an estimate for my main water line outlet leak after me calling just 2 hours before. I received a steep price, but I guess that’s how much this particular repair costs usually, for a 17 ft replacement. All of my questions were answered, the job was completed within 1 day, and the city came out to review the work the next day. In total, the crew was professional and worked quickly; however, I give 4 stars due to me having to reach out MULTIPLE TIMES to ask for updates from my consultant. Didn’t receive any info of the city being done with their inspection or if the job was complete… I just received an email with a bill a few days later… odd, considering I expect a professional company I hired for a big replacement to keep me updated within business hours. Had a leaking ring, replaced ring and sealed nice. Had another issue with the main drain being clogged, they will be working on that next. Good service, professional. Update: replaced my drain line due to Terra cotta pipes and age, installed a city access point for city to clear their clog. All clogs done, price reasonable, yard looks fine afterwards and no back ups. Overall pleased with work done. I'll update yard photo soon.

Manny and Justin came out on Labor Day to help us out with two plumbing issues. They were hardworking, fast, and I felt like I could trust their work! We will definitely be calling them back out for future plumbing issues.
