Brain did such a great job with our home inspection letter and repair. Very professional and helpful in understanding the roofing process. I definitely recommended Brain and it’s amazing office workers as well. I was even able to transfer my GAF warranty from the company to the new home owners because of Debbie. While they seem to have done a good job installing my new roof, they caused a lot of damage to the exterior of my home and windows (black scuff marks from falling roof shingles all over the EFIS and broken vinyl trim around several windows). When I brought it to their attention, I was basically told that I should have expected it to happen and so, too bad. They finally agreed to give me a credit equal to the cost of 25 gallons of paint so I could repaint my home. Miserable customer relations. Originally met with Chuck and he was great when explaining what we would be getting. We were given a 6-8 week window but the job started sooner than expected. The job was also done in one day which was very impressive! Jay was the team leader during installation and was available any time we had a question during the installation. He also took the time to work out any hiccups that occured along the way to make our experience as smooth as possible. Our roof is beautiful and I'm happy that we chose The Roofing Company.
