While they seem to have done a good job installing my new roof, they caused a lot of damage to the exterior of my home and windows (black scuff marks from falling roof shingles all over the EFIS and broken vinyl trim around several windows). When I brought it to their attention, I was basically told that I should have expected it to happen and so, too bad. They finally agreed to give me a credit equal to the cost of 25 gallons of paint so I could repaint my home. Miserable customer relations. I never want to see a representative from this company at my home again. Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation
I contacted 3 Roofing companies and this company was very efficient. The workers were punctual, professional, and skilled at there jobs. It took 2 days to complete there work and they took pictures to let me see the job they did. I am highly pleased with the work that they did and I recommend them to anyone looking to fix their roof, if they want it done right. Services: Roof inspection, Roof damage repair
