NW Comfort Systems installed a new furnace, new thermostat, re-piped the gas line to bring it into code and repaired/replaced the furnace and water heater vents all in one day. The work is beautiful and now the house is up to code. They also taught me how to get the most out of my new system. Now the house is toasty warm and I am one satisfied customer. NW Comfort was great! They installed a new heat pump system and even though there was a manufacturers defect they immediately found another unit, came back a couple of days later, replaced it, ran full systems checks, and we're good to go with no problems.
